– Inschrijvingen worden aanvaard tot het maximum aantal wedstrijden (500) bereikt is
– Per discipline wordt er een maximum aantal deelnemers ingesteld om een vlot verloop van het tornooi te kunnen waarborgen. De inschrijvingsdatum geldt hierbij als referentie. Bij dubbelkoppels geldt de datum van de laatst ingeschreven speler. De maxima kan je raadplegen op www.lokersebc.be

REGLEMENT
– Het tornooi wordt gespeeld volgens de reglementen van de BBF en het Liga reglement C250 met het rallypointsysteem. Voor afwezige spelers is de G211 van toepassing.
– Er wordt gespeeld volgens het knock-out systeem. Bij een gebrek aan inschrijvingen kan de organisator overgaan tot poulesysteem, een discipline samenvoegen of een discipline schrappen.
– De inrichters hebben het recht alle maatregelen te treffen die het goede verloop van het tornooi waarborgen.
– Niet bevestigde dubbels worden beschouwd als een inschrijving met een ‘X’
– Personen die inschrijven met een X komen automatisch op de reservelijst en nemen niet deel aan het tornooi bij een volle tableau.
– De zaal verlaten kan enkel mits toestemming van de referee en de inrichters.
– Inschrijven voor het tornooi verplicht tot het betalen van het inschrijvingsgeld, ongeacht het al dan niet deelnemen, behalve als art 112 van C100 van toepassing is.
– De spelers dienen een half uur voor het aangeduide uur speelklaar in de zaal te zijn.
– De opwarmtijd wordt beperkt tot 3 minuten
– De aanvangsuren worden tijdig doorgestuurd naar de deelnemer
– Spelers die medicatie gebruiken dienen vooraf onder gesloten omslag een doktersattest voor te leggen aan de referee.
– Shuttles zijn ten laste van de spelers en verkrijgbaar in de zaal.
– Tijdens een officieel tornooi, kampioenschap, competitie of evenement, goedgekeurd door BBF of Badminton Vlaanderen, is het toegestaan om tv-opnames, geluidsopnames en foto’s te maken. Deelname aan het tornooi betekent dat hiervoor geen bijkomende goedkeuring aan de betrokken spelers, clubs of officials gevraagd moet worden. Deze tv-opnames, geluidsopnames of foto’s kunnen verspreid worden door de houder van de uitzend- of publicatierechten en mogen gebruikt worden voor live of opgenomen tv-programma’s, internet, webcasting, radio, film, verspreiding via de pers en andere gelijkaardige media. BBF en zijn geaffilieerde federaties en elke betrokken fotograaf hebben het recht elke foto of andere gelijkaardige beelden, die van de speler of official werden gemaakt tijdens het tornooi, te gebruiken voor niet-commerciële doeleinden.

– There will be a maximum amount of matches per event. Entries will be handled according to postal or email date or entry date.
– In doubles, we take into account the date of entry of the second person of the double’s pair. You can search for the maximum amount of matches per event on www.lokersebc.be
– You can enter in, maximum, 3 different events.

REGULATIONS
– The tournament is played according to the regulations of the BBF and the league regulations C 250. There will be played according to the rally-point system. The G 211 is used for the absent players.
– System of the competition: K.O. system according to the Laws of Badminton and Competition Regulations of the BWF. In the event of too few entries, the organisation can decide to switch to a group system and can decide to merge or to cancel disciplines.
– Non confirmed doubles will be considered as an inscription with a free partner (‘X’).
– The organization has the right to take all measures to ensure a smooth course of action.
– Leaving the hall is only allowed when approved by referee and organization.
– The entry fee remains due even if the participant does not enter the tournament, except if article 112 / C 100 prevails.
– Players should be present and ready half an hour before the indicated time of their first match.
– The scheduled times will be sent to the club’s secretary. The scheduled times will also be published on www.toernooi.nl
– Players using medication should present their prescription form in a closed envelope to the referee.
– Warming up-time is limited to 3 minutes.
– During an official tournament, championship, competition or event, approved by BBF or Badminton Vlaanderen, it is permitted to make tv-recordings, sound recordings and photographs. Entry in the tournament means no additional approval of players, clubs or officials has to be asked. These recordings can be distributed by the person holding the right and can be used for live or recorded television shows, on the internet, for webcasting, radio, film or distribution through the press and other media. BBF and its affiliates and every photographer who is involved have the right to use every image, taken during the tournament of players and officials, for non-commercial purposes.
– Shuttles are at the players’ expense.
